Phase explores both fixed media and live gestural electronics. The fixed media portion is founded similar sampled vocal and ambient material to Morph. Meanwhile, the gestural electronics factor in by highlighting stripped down components of this fixed media track. These components are triggered and manipulated by the movement of the dancer and therefore offer a level of real time interaction in between the movement and the music as the piece unfolds.
